Winter activities for children

Skiing with kids is great fun! The PKL routes and lifts for children offer many attractions that will make staying in the fresh air enjoyable and allow resting after a tiring downhill ride.

It is worthwhile to take your kids skiing in Szczawnica. The chairlift to Palenica takes children to the peak, where there are ski lifts and smoother trails on Szafranówka. Easy downhill trail goes from there right to the lower station of the cableway. Beginners will enjoy the children ski school and equipment rental.

In the a trolley slide is also available, with an interesting route and a tunnel - where the little ones will not be bored! The peak offers a spectacular panorama of the Pieniny and the Tatra Mountains; you can also go for a longer walk.

Small athletes who get tired quickly on the slope are advised to use the trails at the Parkowa Mountain and Mount Zar. Dimbo kindergartens can be found in both these places. The kids who no longer feel like skiing can relax here, draw, play with blocks or play various games. Fun is organized by animators, providing children with professional care. This is a great solution for families - the kids are having fun, and the parents can revel in the more difficult routes.

Krynica has yet another interesting proposal for young skiers. It is the Kubusiowy Slope, located on top of Mount Parkowa, in the center of the village. You can get there on foot (walking trail) or take the historic railway. In a clearing near the top, children can use the lift belt, where you can enjoy both skiing and sledding. Beginners will learn the techniques under the supervision of an instructor, and advanced skiers will ski without restrictions.
