Sunbathing

The winter attractions of the PKL lifts are not only skiing and snowboard parks. It is also a great offer for all those who yearn for sun and soaking up the sun on the loungers.

Kasprowy Wierch is a perfect place for sunbathing. Surrounded by beautiful, raw ridges, you can enjoy the warm rays of the winter sun. Comfortable wagons take tourists and skiers to the top, where they are welcomed by one of the most beautiful panoramas that can be seen in the Polish mountains. At the top there is also a meteorological observatory and a restaurant that serves hot tea.

Before the expedition, you only need to check the weather forecast on PKL websites (updated every 10 minutes). When the weather is uncertain, it is better to plan the walk on another day, and catch the sun rays on the much lower Gubałówka. Here you can not only sunbathe during a break between the ski rides, but also actively spend time with your family.

Those looking for slightly lower peaks will be happy to go to the Beskidy. The Parkowa Mount in Krynica can be taken using the historic railway. The peak offers a multitude of attractions: kids can go crazy skiing and sledding on the ski lift or play with their peers in the Dimbo kindergarten. And the parents? The parents will have the time to put their faces to the sun. You can hide before the cold in a stylish eatery, where delicious dumplings are waiting for you.

Similar conditions can be found at the Żar Mountain in Międzybrodzie Żywieckie. Here you can also admire the air gliders (there is an Aero Club nearby) and eat or drink something good in the restaurant at the top. The panorama of the Beskid and the Międzybrodzkie Lake located at the foot of the mountain also look beautiful.
