Stunning views extending from the summit of Jaworzyna Krynicka on a beautiful, sunny day will forever remain in the memory of every traveler. The panoramas from the top are extraordinary in all directions. In the west you can see the Slovak side of the Tatras and a picturesque range of Małe Pieniny. Looking further in the north-west direction you can distinguish the peaks of Radziejowa and Turbacz in Gorce. In the foreground there are Hala Łabowska and Runek. In the north you can see the Beskid Niski. Slightly to the east there is Lackowa and two other prominent peaks of Ostry Wierch and Biała Skała towering over the forested slopes of Beskid Niski. When the air is clear enough you can spot the highest peak of the Polish Bieszczady - Tarnica (1346 m.a.s.l.) from the top.
Below the summit of Jaworzyna Krynicka there is a mountain hostel and right next to it you will find a museum of mountain tourism. Its collection includes the documentation of various tourist associations, photographs of mountain chalets, models of tents and a lot of other artifacts connected with the development of tourism in the Beskid Sądecki area. If you visit Jaworzyna with children, they also will not get bored. You can take a walk on an educational and natural path. Stopping at each of its 13 stops, you can learn a lot about Polish nature or explore the legend of the Devil Rock.
Climate of the Jaworzyna Krynicka area is shaped by masses of polar and sea or continental air. High density of forests (the largest in Leluchów - 77%) creates a unique microclimate, enriching the air with oxygen and removing any environmentally harmful substances. There are mixed forests: beech, spruce and fir, growing at Jaworzyna Krynicka.
The city of Krynica-Zdrój has long been known for its distinct microclimate and a balmy air rich in essential oils, ozone and oxygen. Thanks to its location in a valley and a lot of trees that shelter it from harsh winds, Krynica has actually more sunny days on the average than any other place in the Beskid Sądecki.
