Nearly 2,000,000 eco-friendly LED lights and a magical atmosphere visible from all over Zakopane.

Gubałówka transforms every year at the beginning of winter into a magical Land of Light. The installation, made up of almost 2 million eco-friendly LED lights, can be admired after taking the ride to the summit of Gubałówka.

Visitors to Gubałówka begin their journey into the Land of Light already at the square by the lower station, as well as at the Gwarno restaurant, where they can admire climbers scaling the façade. However, this is only a preview of the luminous installations awaiting at the summit of Gubałówka.

The Land of Light is open daily from 4:00 p.m., during the cable car operating hours, until the first days of March.

You can look forward to unique light sculptures inspired by, among other things, the nature of the Tatra Mountains and the folklore of the Podhale region: chamois, marmots, foxes, a family of deer, as well as the white bear from Krupówki and a highlander man and woman (gazda and gaździna) in traditional festive costumes.

The area around the upper funicular station is illuminated by nearly two million eco-friendly LED lights. As every year, their magical charm is enhanced by decorative snowflakes adorning the station building façade and festive decorations.
