Regulations for using the GUBBING-Gubałówka summer pontoon slide
1. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office by the conveyor belt
2. The ticket price includes: departure on the conveyor belt, rental of a pontoon and a protective helmet for the duration of the descent, and a descent down the track.
3. Users of the GUBBING-Gubałówka summer pontoon slide are required to familiarize themselves with and comply with the regulations regarding the use of the conveyor belt.
4. The protective helmet and pontoon are issued by the technical service upon presentation of the purchased ticket.
5. The slide may only be used in the presence and with the assistance of the service staff.
6. The service staff's instructions must be followed.
7. The slide may be used by:
• children over 8 years of age and over 120 cm tall under the supervision of a guardian/adult,
• children over 13 years of age alone,
• persons weighing up to 80 kg and up to 2 m tall, who have familiarised themselves with/will be familiarised with these rules.
8. In unfavourable conditions, for safety reasons, adults may ride individually by a service employee.
9. The descent may only take place wearing a protective helmet.
10. Only one person may ride in one pontoon.
11. The descent may only begin when there are no third parties or pontoons on the route and after maintaining the signal from the service employee.
12. The user sits in the pontoon in a comfortable and safe position, leaving their legs out.
13. During the ride, hold on to the side handles of the pontoon with your hands.
14. The user or the child's guardian is responsible for the rented raft and protective helmet.
15. The slide is not adapted for use by disabled people.
16. After going down, the User should quickly leave the slide and the braking zone.
17. Persons using the slide do so at their own risk. Guardians/adults are responsible for children throughout the entire period of use of the slide.
18. During the ride on the raft, all loosely hanging items of clothing should be secured against being pulled under the raft.
19. The raft slide is monitored with recording devices.
20. The staff does not store the luggage of Users of the raft track.
21. In justified cases, the staff has the right to refuse travel.
The following are prohibited:
1. Rides when the staff is not present.
2. Using a closed slide.
3. Connecting pontoons, riding on your belly, standing, two people on one pontoon.
4. Riding without maintaining safe distances.
5. Riding without a helmet.
6. Using:
• children under 8 years of age,
• pregnant women,
• people over 80 kg and over 2 m tall.
7. Riding under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
8. Riding on other objects outside the designated pontoons.
9. Walking on the track or climbing up inside the track.
10. Smoking while riding on the track and the conveyor belt.
11. Riding with dogs or other animals.
12. Taking luggage that could get tangled and lead to a dangerous collision.
13. Use of video recording devices (smartphone, camera, cameras, etc.) during the ride, unless the device is permanently attached to the wardrobe.
14. Descents in the rain or on a wet track.
In the event of any ambiguities, the staff will provide full information.
Failure to comply with the above rules may constitute a reason for refusing rail transport. They apply to the transport of people, luggage and items, and also concern behavior
on the railway area. They constitute an integral part of the sales contract, each Consumer - passenger purchasing a ticket undertakes to accept the above conditions.

SNOWGUBBING - Gubałówka - Lower Station

3. Users of the winter pontoon slide SNOWGUBBING- Gubałówka - Lower Station are obliged to familiarize themselves with and comply with the regulations regarding the use of the conveyor belt.

5. The slide may only be used in the presence and with the assistance of the service.

• people over 80 kg and over 2 m tall.
7. Go downhill under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
8. Go downhill on other objects than the designated pontoons.
9. Walk on the track and go up inside the track.
10. Smoke while riding on the track and the conveyor belt. 11. Travelling with dogs or other animals.
12. Taking luggage that could get tangled and lead to a dangerous collision.
13. Using video recording devices (smartphone, camera, cameras, etc.) during the journey, unless the device is permanently attached to the wardrobe.
14. Descents in ski boots.
In the event of any ambiguities, the staff will provide full information.

in the railway area. They constitute an integral part of the sales contract, each Consumer - passenger, by purchasing a ticket, undertakes to accept the above conditions.
Regulations for the use of the conveyor belt
For your own safety, adapt to our instructions.
1. The use of the conveyor belt is only possible in the presence of the staff.
2. The instructions of the staff must be followed.
3. The conveyor belt may be used by:
• children over 8 years of age and over 120 cm tall under the supervision of a guardian/adult,
• children over 13 years of age alone,
• persons weighing up to 80 kg and up to 2 m tall.
4. During the conveyor belt ride, a safe distance must be maintained between passengers and passengers must stand still.
5. During the conveyor belt ride, pontoons must be held in front of you along the conveyor track.
6. After reaching the upper station, the conveyor belt must be immediately exited.
7. If the conveyor belt stops during the ride, calmly wait for it to start again or follow the instructions of the operator.
8. During the conveyor belt ride, all loosely hanging items of clothing must be secured against being pulled by the conveyor.
9. The conveyor belt ride must be terminated in a place other than the upper station.
10. The conveyor belt is monitored by recording devices.
It is prohibited to:
1. Use:
• children under 8 years of age,
• pregnant women,
• people weighing over 80 kg and over 2 m tall.
2. Use the conveyor belt while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
3. Start the journey in a place other than the lower station.
4. End the journey in a place other than the upper station.
5. Smoke during the journey on the conveyor belt.
6. Walk on the conveyor belt.
