Butorowy Wierch (1,160 m a.s.l.), located about 2 km west of the summit of Gubałówka, gained popularity thanks to the chairlift with two-person chairs built in 1977. During the approximately 15-minute ride, you can admire a magnificent panorama of the entire Tatra Mountains—both the Polish and Slovak sides—as well as views of Zakopane and Kościelisko. Butorowy Wierch is also an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling trips which, in addition to beautiful views of several mountain ranges, offer the chance to discover interesting regional architecture and authentic local folklore.
