Cableway full of adventures

Skiing isn't the only thing that arouses strong emotions; the very ride on the cableway can deliver a lot of thrill. Especially given that each of our cableways has its own history and is simply unique in its own way.

All the way to the top, the windows are dominated by the sharp ridges of the High Tatras, and the higher you go, the more beautiful the scenery. The upper station is located in the immediate vicinity of the meteorological observatory and the restaurant, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a unique view of the mountains.

The cableway to Kasprowy is history that can be seen in Zawoja. Here, at the bottom station of the chairlift to Mosorny, there is an old wagon from Kasprowy. And the trip to the top of the mountain is a real treat for tourists. On the backs of chairs there are questions about the region. If you do not know the answers, you may check them at the top station.

The funicular railways are awaiting tourists on Mount Zar and Gubałówka. The cabin climbs to the top of the hill unusually quickly. There you can try mountain activities: ski slopes with interesting profiles or backpacking around the Beskid trails. The cableway working on the Parkow Mountain in Krynica is a lesson on history. That carriage also has been supporting travelers for nearly 80 years! This is the first such cableway to ever be launched in Poland.

Slightly "younger" is the chairlift to Palenica and the gondola lift to the Jaworzyna, although these also provide tourists with an unforgettable experience. Palenica is appreciated by children - it hosts plenty of winter and summer attractions, including trolley slides and comfortable lifts for children.
