THE PACKAGES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AT DUNAJEC RAFTING TICKET OFFICE FROM JULY 2. STARTING POINT: SROMOWCE WYŻNE- KĄTY.
*After the trip is over, there is a bus waiting for you at the lower station of Palenica Railway Station, 7 Główna Street.
Departs in July and August at 16.00, 17.00, 18.00, 19.00, September from Mon.- Fri. at 16.00 and 17.00, Sat. - September from Mon. to Fri. at 4.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m., Sat. October: Mon.-Fri. at 4.00 p.m., Sat. - October from Mon.- Fri. at 4 p.m., Sat. at 4.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.
Each Dunajec River Rafting + Palenica Chairlift Package entitles you to get a 10% discount in the "Pod kolejką" restaurant. The discount is valid on the basis of a ticket only at travel day. Discounts are not cumulative.
Free tickets are available to: Children up to 1 year of age (born after 01.01.2025) can travel free of charge. The age of the child must be proven with a valid document.
Reduced tickets are available to: Children up to 10 years of age (born after 01.01.2016). The age of the child must be proven with a valid document.
USEFUL INFORMATIONS:
Rafting season lasts from 1 April till 31 October every day exept for two church holidays: Corpus Christi and the first day of Easter. Rafts set out from the rafting marina at Sromowce-Kąty.
PALENICA chairlift is situated in the center of Szczawnica. Access from the marina, where the Dunajec rafting ends, leads along a charming promenade along the Grajcarek stream and takes only 20 minutes.

All package services are valid on the day it was purchased, it is not possible to transfer services to another day.
The rafts on the kayaking trip depart after collecting the minimum required number of participants, which is 11 people. A maximum of five children can travel on one boat with a reduced ticket.
If you buy a ticket online / in a ticket machine, the ticket will show the specified departure time, before which 15 minutes before the start of the service - the ticket must be picked up at the kayaking check-in point.
