 You should arrive at the railway entrance at least 20 minutes before the time specified on your ticket/skipass. If you have bought your ticket/skipass prior to arrival, go to the entrance marked *tickets bought online*

 Make sure to come ready with your ski pass and identification.

 Wait for the staff to check your ski pass and ID.  Then the staff will let you into the cable car station.

 Free rides are available to:

SKI PASSED ENTITLES HOLDERS TO USE THE SLALOM ROUTE WITH TIME RECORDING IN GASIENICOWA

Useful information:

• A ski pass is valid during a specific time and can be used only by one person.
• It entitles the holder to a ride by the Kasprowy Wierch Tramway as well as rides by chairlifts in Kocioł Gasienicowy and Goryczkowy.
• Every person should have his/her own ski pass. The use of one ski pass by several persons or by a person who is not entitled to a discount leads to ski pass loss with the possibility of getting banned from future rides.
• A ski pass is assigned to the User who used it for the first time by cameras with card readers, which are installed on the gates. During each subsequent ride, the first record from the cameras is verified. In case the record and the User do not match, the tramway staff blocks the ski pass.
• Ski passes damaged mechanically by the User cannot be returned or replaced.
• If you lose a ski pass, please report this to the tramway staff immediately.
