Group discounts:

Organised groups get a 5% discount on the prices referred to in the Price List if they buy more than 20 tickets or ski passes at once.
*A one-day ski pass for a tour guide is available to guides of an organised group if more than 20 ski passes are bought at once. A ski pass at this price can be obtained for every 20 persons of an organised group.
**A “Żółwik” (“Turtle”) ski pass is available to children up to 12 years of age on the basis of proof of age. The “Żółwik” ski pass entitles one to a ride by gondola lift and rides on the “Żółwik” training ski lift at route 2 on the date of purchasing the ticket.
***An instructor ski pass is available to instructors who conduct their own business activity and present instructor qualifications issued by PZN, SiTZN PZN or MENIS/AWF for each ski pass bought. The instructor ski pass is sold on the basis of a separate agreement.

Free rides are available to:

- children below 4 years of age*
(*the offer is valid only when purchasing the ski pass together with the guardian. It applies only to gondola and chair lifts)

Ski pass discounts are available to:

• Children between 5 and 15 years of age (children born between 01.01.2010 and 31.12.2020)
• Persons over 65 years of age (born before 31.12.1960) upon presentation proof of age.
Every person should have his/her own ski pass. The use of one ski pass by several persons or by a person who is not entitled to a discount results in loss of the ski pass.
1. Ski passes are sold on paper cards (for which no deposit is collected) or contact cards.
3. The price of one contact card is 15 PLN and non-refundable.

Other provisions:

1. A ski pass is assigned to the user using it for the first time by cameras with card readers, which are installed on the gates. During each subsequent ride, the first record from the camera is verified. In case the record and the user do not match, the tramway staff blocks the ski pass.
2. Ski passes damaged mechanically by the user cannot be returned or replaced.
3. The loss of a ski pass should be immediately reported to tramway or ski lift personnel.

Refunds:

1. Ski passes can be returned only and exclusively in the following cases:
a. disruption of traffic of all tramways and lift at once at the Jaworzyna Krynicka Skiing Station, lasting more than 1 hour.
b. unexpected situations that make it impossible to use to the tramway and ski lifts.
2. Unused time entitlements are refunded proportionally to the period of validity of the ski pass.
3. In case of a refund for a multiple-day ski pass, only the amount per day on which the ski pass was not used can be reimbursed according to the conditions provided in point 1. The refund can be made after the ski pass period of validity has ended.
4. In order to receive a reimbursement as a result of an accident or an illness, it is necessary to provide an accident sheet issued by GOPR (Volunteer Mountain Rescue Services) or a medical certificate.
5. Ski passes can be returned within 30 days from their date of purchase.
6. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis after they are submitted in writing (the refund form constitutes an amendment to these Terms and Conditions), together with the card and proof of purchase, such as a receipt or a VAT invoice.
7. Bad skiing and weather conditions. A significant attendance on ski lifts and the tramway does not constitute the basis for a refund for a time-limit card.
