Góra Parkowa with a flank sloping gently towards Krynica is the area of the popular Spa Park, founded in 1810 and crisscrossed by a whole network of walking paths and fitness trails. It is a great place for hiking, jogging and romantic walks. The diverse woodstand and sources of mineral water are an unquestionable attraction for everyone visiting the area. Furthermore, the surrounding forests, predominantly coniferous, fill the air with healthy essential oils, helpful in strengthening the lungs. There are 16 nature reserves in the immediate area. Of course, the greatest asset are the mineral springs - there are 23 intakes in Krynica and its vicinity: five natural springs and 18 artificial wells.
